  The hot water heater under our house had developed a leak and by the time we realized it, the water under the house was at least 6 inches deep. We called Dr. Rooter and Cathy was quick to get all the information and determine what was needed. She was great! Jeremy arrived and quickly pumped the water out and got the measurements to replace our leaking tank. He got the new tank and installed it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We're glad we called Dr. Rooter!

  I cannot recommend Jerry and his team enough! Honest, reliable, hardworking, fair pricing. We are new homeowners and after 1 month in the house, discovered the piping was no good. It was seriously a situation of, “Oh no, how bad is this, what are we going to do, how much is this going to cost us?” Jerry came over, reassured us, and used high quality equipment the others plumbers didn’t have to assess the problem. He was creative in finding alternative ways of doing the job, to ensure minimal damage to other areas of the house in doing the repair. In repairing the pipe, he scoped the connecting kitchen pipe and found a similar problem. In 3 days Jerry and his team knocked the entire job out, and replaced the entire piping system under the house. We’re so grateful to have found him, and I plan to bring him back for a future bathroom addition. Great experience, can’t say it enough, he is your guy if your current plumbing problem is making you cry! -Demus St.

  Eli came over to fix a leaky shower that’s been driving me crazy. He did such a great job and had such a positive attitude, even when the job had complications (build-up in the pipes, needed another part other than the one I had bought thinking I’d save him time, etc). He gave me two quotes/options to choose from and gave me good advice so that I felt like I made the best decision for my home. When we discovered an unknown leak while turning off the main water line, he documented that so that I could get that fixed as soon as possible. As always, it was a great experience with Dr. Rooter, from scheduling with Cathy to the kind workmanship of Eli. Thank you!

  Daniel and Mitch are awesome guys. They made sure that my sink and bathroom were back in working condition with speed and precision. They even fixed my slow draining bathtub for free. Every time they had to come to my apartment. They’re always respectful, and nice

  I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received from Eli, the plumber who came out from Dr. Rooter Plumbing! His professionalism, attitude, and knowledge are truly top-tier. To be completely honest, I’ve used this company in the past, and my experiences weren’t always great, some of the plumbers who came before were unprofessional and had poor attitudes. But this time was different. Eli completely changed my perception of this company. From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, polite, and focused. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and immediately diagnosed and repaired a problem that had been reoccurring for quite some time. You could tell he genuinely cares about his work and the customer’s experience. Eli’s professionalism and positive energy were so refreshing that I felt compelled to write this review, something I don’t normally do. It’s rare to meet someone in any trade who combines skill, insight, and great customer service the way he does. Thanks to Eli, my faith in Dr. Rooter Plumbing has been completely restored. He’s a true credit to the company, and because of him, I’ll confidently continue using their services in the future. Eli, thank you for setting the standard, you’ve made a lasting impression!
