- RMRandolph MeekOct 29, 20251.0On June 24th Brian's H/VAC installed a new American Standard central unit. It cooled for 20 minutes and stopped. I noticed white coming out the condensation line from day one! It was fixed in a few hours and worked until a squirell ate the thermostat wires on June 24th, 2024. A tech came out and told me of the squirell and it would be $950 to run new wiring. Two techs came to run wiring that I got fixed for free. I asked if the white comimg out was a freon leak. The answer was yes and they were going to leave to get dye to put in to find the leak. I asked if they could go in the attic and find the leak. They went up and found it and said nothing! I got a call and was told the white coming out is algae and build up in tje confensation line. I got a call saying the coils are leaking and new ones would be ordered under warranty and would be $1,350! The coils were not ordered and I found out I was put on a "DO NOT SERVICE LIST!" The reason is they could not figure out how to get two techs in to install new coils with no coils to change! The reason is that it was installed with the leak!

Justin called when he was on his way and was right on time. He was thorough in his inspection of our heating and air system. He explained the issues he found that needed attention and got that taken care of and he checked to make sure heat was coming out of the registers. He was personable and yet wasted no time. He was very efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
