    I recently bought an older house in the rural Lexington area and had issues with red stained water fixtures. I called the Barkers and they promptly came to my property and assessed that I had iron rich water from my well. I don't know anything about water content quality or electrolytes but Wayne and Patrick explained in simple terms why I had this problem and what to-do to fix it. They were also kind and very likable and I could tell that they were a family business from our interaction. They installed my system within a few weeks and called awhile after to ensure everything was working properly. Really likable family business and I highly recommend.

    Their truck ran me off the road because they were too impatient to wait on the car ahead of them to turn. I'd never trust a company with that kind of employees.

    I had the fortunate experience of finding Barker Filtration by accident! With properties in multiple States, we know the value of dealing with quality service providers. In attempting to contact a company referred by family, it appeared I found the right one after having them check their database. Turns out they have a customer with the same name but are not the company we had done business with in the past. That's what I get for searching online for "Lexington" and not specifying the State. Once that was clarified, I was blessed to find Barker Filtration to be most helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of "good luck, keep looking" despite me calling the wrong region, the owner proved to be driven by a quality of excellence and willing to consult. His thorough questions and answers were most helpful. Thank you for maintaining a standard of excellence and customer service... even for the mistaken customers! I eventually found the company I was looking for, and they said Barker is spot on in their advice.
