WoW! What a pleasure it was to meet Sean, the knowledgeable and genuine friendly technician from Fogel Services! Sean walked me through where we were at and what were the next steps moving forward. He went above and beyond for us! He discovered a separate issue with my thermostat wire that could’ve potentially started a fire in my attic which I never would’ve seen otherwise. He stayed super late in the night to get it fixed and didn’t even charge to pull the new wire through my tiny attic. Super super kind and knew exactly what he was doing!

A tech came out did a five minute inspection on the hvac system, I wasn’t aware that they don’t take electronic payments until after the inspection was done fast forward a year no phone call no email no invoice or paperwork had a deputy sheriff in my driveway embarrassing me in front of my neighbors for eighty five dollars for the service + another 80 dollars so now they’ve turned a 85 dollar fee into $165.00 bill all they had to do was send out some kind of notification to pay or take electronic payment and they would’ve gotten paid that day had I known they don’t take electronic payments I would’ve never called them

Technicians are great. The management and customer service is ridiculous. I was working with the management to handle multiple invoices and when I was promised by an associate that I would receive accommodations with pricing they took back what they said after billing issues with a new system occurred. “Wasn’t invoiced until almost a year later. After leaving multiple voicemails for a supervisor, I connected with her and said she explained that I’m sorry but I can’t speak to who told you those things promises on your invoices. They now record their calls probably because of this happening. After paying some of the invoices I was told that the supervisor will get back to me on the remaining invoice. The next time I heard anything was being summoned to court! No new invoice, no call, nothing. The cop even said “I have like 5 more I’m doing in the community.” Don’t use Fogel even though their techs are great. Just use a local small company. Trust me.
