Then once we had system corrected we asked them to come out & rebalance our system, they refuse they said it was done once when the original HVAC system & that’s all we get? Wow. We have no heat/AC flow in our front 2 rooms of our house when they came out (twice) they said the airflow is fine? Is it really normal to not have heat & AC in your bedrooms? Beyond difficult to work with save your time & energy & go with a real company. I truly cannot believe they are still in business after the way they treat their customers.

He was in my house a total of 68 minutes to replace a blower motor. Cost was$593.10 Not happy with that price ,I talked To a service manager before he got to my house I knew what the price was going to be. The manager said he would have to do multiple tasks. 68 minutes and $593.10. Time to check out another company. Not happy

Your tech changed out my hvac transformer without my prior authorization and then charged me almost $250 for that service besides the service call charge. He then had me sign the authorization form as they were leaving. And because of your electronic form system i could not tell what I was signing. That's HORTIBLE SERVICE and dishonest practice for your customers. Fogle Services reached out to me after seeing my earlier poor review. Their technicians were very honest in their report of the service call events and that is extremely commendable. After their investigation their rep agreed that the service that I received was not up to their standards. Fogle Sevices offered a very fair settlement after our conversation and I am very pleased to get a great outcome. So after a rocky start I received very fair and professional service. Thank you Fogle Services!!!
