  It was a pleasure working with Bill at Santee Roofing. As a drone operator, I’ve had the privilege of capturing aerial photos of beautiful homes with new, recently completed roofing projects.   Santee Roofing exceeded all expectations I had for my roof replacement. The quote was very detailed and spelled out everything that would be involved. On the day of installation they showed up on time and quickly began to prepare for the removal process. The installation went quickly and they went above and beyond to insure no debris was left behind. I highly recommend Santee Roofing and look forward to using them in the future.

From the very first inspection, their team was professional, thorough, and honest about what needed to be done—no upselling, no pressure, just straight talk. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up meticulously every single day, and left my property in better shape than they found it. The new roof looks fantastic, the workmanship is top-notch, and they even caught and fixed a couple of small underlying issues that could have become big problems later. Communication was excellent throughout—updates when promised, quick responses to questions, and they truly made the whole stressful process feel easy.   As a commercial project superintendent, I can confidently say that Bill’s team did an outstanding job. They were extremely knowledgeable and insightful, and the scope of their work included the wood blocking around the perimeter, the wood sub-fascia, the fascia itself, and of course, the shingles. They really knocked it out of the park!
