We needed them to repair a Generac whole-house generator urgently as we were preparing to sell our home. Instead, they dragged the process out for months. They initially sent an inexperienced technician who had no idea how to handle the issue and had to come back multiple times. It took ages to get the parts, and I had to constantly chase them. When the owner finally got involved, he was also unable to fix the problem and ended up telling us he didn’t have the time or resources to help us—after we’d waited for months. In the end, they left us high and dry, even refusing to supply necessary equipment to another technician who could have fixed it. Their suggestion to just buy a new generator instead was completely unacceptable. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I’d strongly caution anyone against using Wingate Power for anything.
