  My experience with Wingate Power was beyond disappointing, and I strongly recommend avoiding them. We needed them to repair a Generac whole-house generator urgently as we were preparing to sell our home. Instead, they dragged the process out for months. They initially sent an inexperienced technician who had no idea how to handle the issue and had to come back multiple times. It took ages to get the parts, and I had to constantly chase them. When the owner finally got involved, he was also unable to fix the problem and ended up telling us he didn’t have the time or resources to help us—after we’d waited for months. In the end, they left us high and dry, even refusing to supply necessary equipment to another technician who could have fixed it. Their suggestion to just buy a new generator instead was completely unacceptable. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I’d strongly caution anyone against using Wingate Power for anything.

  Multiple missed and /or delayed installation dates. Inconsistent messaging from front office. Rudeness and aggression from Mr. Wingate.

  Noticed a gas smell and reached out on a Saturday hoping to leave a message that would be picked up on Monday. Billy answered directly and was at our home within the hour!! Excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

  Wingate power responded quickly and made every effort to get my generator working. They have provided timely updates about the repairs and made efforts to prevent any additional problems. Highly recommended

  Had trouble with an outdoor ceiling fan. Called and Billy came out same day, diagnosed the problem with a breaker, and had it fixed in no time. Fast and reliable service. Will use his services when needed going forward and would highly recommend.
