Recently, I noticed an issue with 1-2 shingles near the Gutter, so I called Chance and asked if he could send someone out to take a look and let me know what was going on. He was very professional about it and one day he showed up with a few employees, and had them go up and replace the two Shingles that had apparently slipped down a few inches. I asked if I needed to sign something and Chance told me no, and that there would be no charge for the repair. Chance and Lowcountry Roofing & Exteriors have always been a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
