  Chance was recommeneded to us by our home inspector. If a home inspector is recommending a roofer, thats a good sign, in my opinion. We purchased our home while being out of state and it required a roof as soon as we closed. Chance was very upfront, honest and walked us through the process. He addressed every detail that needed to be fixed as well as fixed some repairs that were not expeted. He and his team showed up right on time and did an awesome job. Additionally, roofing is a messy project. After the fact, he and his team walked around the house multiple times to clean everything up. He offered financing that was wayyy more starightforward and wayyy better than the other larger corporate competition. His contract is very straightforward and simple. He is in full control of his team and you are talking directrly with him. Not a sales rep that has never stepped foot on a jobsite. If you have a question or concern, he is the one to address it and execute. Very nice guy. Incredible team and fantastic work. Lowcountry Roofing is a no headache business espeically for such a large / expensive job that you dont deal with very often. Could not be more satisifed.

  Great service, quick work, and at a fair price! Their team did our whole roof replacement and went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. Highly recommend!

  I had a new Roof put on about seven years ago. Recently, I noticed an issue with 1-2 shingles near the Gutter, so I called Chance and asked if he could send someone out to take a look and let me know what was going on. He was very professional about it and one day he showed up with a few employees, and had them go up and replace the two Shingles that had apparently slipped down a few inches. I asked if I needed to sign something and Chance told me no, and that there would be no charge for the repair. Chance and Lowcountry Roofing & Exteriors have always been a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!

  Chance and his employees were professionals in every way. They were on time, they went straight to work. They protected our plants, and had such a system in place that there was never wasted time. Our Mansard roof is a very difficult roof with which to work. It was done flawlessly. They have been trained so well that they required very little supervision. Apparently this same group of men had been with the company for many years. The price was very reasonable considering the size and difficulty which included many dormer windows. We are pleased to recommend Lowcountry Roofing and Exteriors!
