  Window World is the absolute best hands down!! My field rep Chloe has been nothing less than amazing!! From the first day she proved to be very knowledgeable made sure I was well aware and prepared for all things to come. She went as far as telling me the names of the individuals that I would get a call from and who would show up to do the work. Ginger the office representative was a great help as well making sure to call me keeping me informed of everything that was taking place just as Chloe said she would. Today was the big day the day in which I finally got to meet Daniel for myself as he came highly spoken of by Chloe, and I felt as if I knew him for years! He walked me through everything that was about to take place and throughout the job he constantly checked with me and made sure to answer any questions I had which were few to none. Once the install was complete he gave me a demonstration on how the windows work and even repeated it when my son came home. He allowed us to do some hands on training before he left, ensuring we got it down packed and didn’t miss and steps while he explained. I will only work with Chloe, Daniel and Ginger for all my replacements as they know how to treat people and answers all questions with such grace and compassion. Next on the list will be some new entry doors.

  We recently had new windows installed in our home, and the difference has been noticeable right away. The windows look great, feel solid, and have significantly improved insulation and noise reduction. The entire process was easy from start to finish, especially the sales experience with Chloe, who was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find a great deal without any pressure. Installation was smooth, Daniel and crew were professional and respectful of our space, and everything was completed on schedule. Overall, we’re very happy with both the quality of the windows and the service, and we’d highly recommend them to anyone considering new windows for their home.

  After receiving several extremely high quotes from pushy companies, I was feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. That completely changed when I met Chloe Paris at Window World. She made me feel comfortable right away, took her time explaining the importance of energy-efficient windows, and offered me a price that was very affordable and fair. Daniel and his installation team were just as impressive—prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entire experience felt honest, respectful, and stress-free, which meant a lot to me. I am truly grateful for the service I received and will definitely choose Window World again in the future.

  Window World of the Midlands installed 10 triple pane windows in our 100 year old home. The windows removed were original to the home. The crew completed the job in a single day. The weather was cloudy and cold. The work was outstanding and the clutter from the job was removed. From the sales rep, customer service, installation crew, all service was outstanding. Thank you Window World.
