Our recent experience with Cassell Brothers was outstanding. Our technician Austin Palmer went above and beyond with our semi annual service on our HVAC systems. He was prompt, courteous, professional,knowledgeable and he was very diligent. He was very clear with explaining any maintenance concerns for both of our units. We decided to proceed with Austin's recommendations. It was less than a week when he returned to perform the recommend repairs. We have requested that Austin return for our next service appointment. Very trustworthy and highly recommend.

We called this company for fixing restaurant hood. Next day two guy came they checked it and said there’s no problem so we asked for diagnostic test and they charge us 650 bucks which was insane price. And it ended up there’s no problem.
Next day we called company who take care restaurant hood and guy said there’s nothing wrong with hood there was problem on the roof and I paid him another 600 dollars
So i called this company again i said you guys didn’t even check hood on roof. And they send same guy who did diagnostic test. This guy has some attitude like he doesn’t want to be here. Anyways he went to roof and checked there’s problem with switch. So he changed switch and charge us another 300 dollars.
So i spent over 1500 dollars for change small switch for hood because of this company didn’t do what they supposed to do. I really don’t recommend this company for any reason.

Customer service is extremely poor. You are first met with an AI answering system, and then transferred to a call center where it takes over 25 minutes just to speak to someone.
I was told my appointment window would be between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with an $89 service call fee that would be applied toward any repair.
The technician called at 10:30 AM saying he was on his way, but didn’t arrive until 12:15 PM. Upon arrival, he then informed me that the $89 service fee only covered 10 minutes, and anything beyond that would be charged additionally — something that was never explained beforehand.
He then diagnosed the issue as a breaker needing replacement and quoted $249 for a single breaker, which is completely unreasonable. At that point, I asked him to leave.
This company is a complete rip-off. Misleading pricing, poor communication, and a very unprofessional experience from start to finish.
Avoid at all costs.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cassell Brothers during my recent HVAC and water heater installation. This was a major project and investment for me as a homeowner, and after completing three consultations with different companies, I can confidently say I made the right choice.
Kevin Salinas represented Cassell Brothers exceptionally well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Most importantly, he established a strong sense of trust with both my husband and me. His transparency and communication throughout the process were truly commendable and made a big difference in our decision.
On installation day, Chad and Josh handled the HVAC system. They were a great team..efficient, professional, and clearly experienced in their work. Brandon installed the water heater and kept me informed every step of the way, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease, especially while my husband was at work.
To top it off, the project manager Doug also stopped by to oversee the process, which added another level of professionalism and reassurance.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied..not only with the quality of work, but also with the pricing and the ease of financing. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with Cassell Brothers for many years to come.

Expensive, but outstanding in EVERY respect…
Detected a slight water leak in one toilet, decided to replace both toilets since a plumber would have to come out anyway. Self-purchased the two toilets at Lowe’s and used their installer, thinking this is a simple job, a 3rd party contractor from Lowe’s should be able to handle it.
Bad idea. The installer from Lowe’s was incompetent, and (almost certainly) damaged at least one, if not both flanges. Told Lowe’s to go home…
Found Cassell here on Yelp. Long story short; from initial call-out to complete resolution, less than 48 hours from start to finish, the plumber they sent out, a cat named Greg R., was exceptionally good. Thoroughly explained everything, showed me exactly what he was doing every step of the way, super-clean, highly professional. Could not possibly have had a better experience (except for the price, but considering they ran circles around Lowe’s, it was worth it…)
Don’t use Lowe’s, they’re a slow-motion train wreck. Go with Cassell Bros. and get Greg R!
