I am already in contact with your team... multiple times... and nothing has been resolved. Empty promises and half-hearted replies don’t fix the issues in my home. Corporate needs to step in and actually address these problems rather than just sending a weak I'm sorry, a polite response to my Google review. Spending time to reply is insulting. If the time spent replying to Google reviews was instead used to follow through on repairs and deliver on your commitments, your buyers would have far fewer complaints. Words are easy and cheap. Action is what matters. Stand by your warranty claims and supervise your construction better so these issues don't happen in the first place. Yours in Frustration, A Homeowner. -------------------------------------------------------------------- This builder will sell you a home with the promise of a “warranty,” but in reality, they don’t stand behind the home or their work. Instead of fixing issues themselves quickly and efficiently, they pass everything off to the third-party installation companies and hound them until they eventually come back disgruntled to fix your issues "for free". This constant badgering from the builder creates tension with the third parties, and those companies often return whenever they feel like it leaving you waiting for A VERY LONG TIME. The construction quality is sloppy, messy, I wont tell you why, the supervisors refuse to take responsibility for their "crew’s" mistakes and sub-par work. Once you move in, you start finding problems you couldn’t see during the walkthroughs hidden behind the walls and the builder will take their sweet time scheduling the third party to come back out to fix it. They’re happy to take your money, but do not stand by the work or build quality of their home. Don't believe that "your home is under warranty" scam, you don't have that. You have the builder who will complain to the installer if you notice something within the timeframe of that installer's guarantee. They force the installer to come back for free and fix what you complained about. Buying a home here is like getting a beautifully wrapped present, only to open it and find it’s filled with broken pieces held together with duck tape.
