- FAForest AutoOct 12, 20241.0I had used this company before and they were good. Recently I needed an estimate on new windows in our home. Made an appointment over 2 weeks in advance. One hour before the appointment they called and canceled. OK I understand that things happen so I made another appointment. Person shows up and proceeds to tell me he thought he’d be estimating “casement “ windows…he wasn’t prepared for fixed windows, no one asked me which kind? He said someone would contact me for another person to come out. After some time of no one contacting me I called. I was told that they don’t know what happened but someone would call me back. You guessed it.. that never happened. Don’t let them waste YOUR time.. call someone else IMO.

We were gonna use them to remodel our condo and met with one of their estimators Luke 4 weeks ago to discuss the reno and for him and one of his contractors to take measurements and aim of action for what we were wanting done. He was on time for the meeting and took down all the info he needed and said he would be in touch via email within in a few days. Three weeks passed so we called the office to follow up and the lady taking calls said she would find out and call us asap. Well to this day we have still not heard a word from the company. If they are too busy or didn’t want the work a phone call stating so would have been helpful instead of endless waiting for an answer. Not very professional in our opinion.
