  We called three contractors for roof replacement estimates. All three companies offered the GAF roofing systems with corresponding warranties and offered competitive estimates. JCB roofing was my last contact. The owner Bobby Meyers came to my house for the estimate and roofing review. The first half hour of his visit was reminiscing and comparing notes and experiences in our respective military services. Bobby Myers is the real deal and his company is veteran owned and operated. I went with JCB Roofing after the interview and estimate. We received the estimate contract via email within a couple days and it was easy to accept the estimate via email. Communications with JCB Roofing admin office was excellent and they kept us up to date on the scheduling of the roofing project. The project began on the 5th of Nov because of delays from the permitting authorities in beaufort county and no fault of JCB. The roofing crew arrived at around 7am and were ready to go. I counted around 12 roofers working constantly with the tear off, repair and replacement of the roof decking, and replacement of the shingles. We also had added two sunroof/tunnels into the estimate. The installation went seamlessly along with the shingles replacement. We also had a section of soffit and fascia replaced during the project. This was done during the roofing job and didn’t have to be subcontracted. The job was 95% complete by end of day with a return the next day for a walk around to insure all roofing nails and any other debris was removed. Upon payment of the invoice I was notified of the GAF Roof for Troops program and JCB assisted me in filing for the $250.00 rebate. I highly recommend JCB Roofing for any roofing projects and to spend a little more to get the ultra HDZ GAF shingles and the Golden Pledge Warranty.

  Want a breath of fresh air? I called JCB to come and inspect our roof. First impressions matter. The customer service person was friendly, appointment was sent; Bobby showed up at the agreed upon time, inspected the roof--gave us his finding and made minor repairs. TRUST is a big deal and we felt that with Bobby and JCB roofing. --24 years in business, Veteran-owned--if you have a roofing issue, do yourself a favor, give them a call!

  Talk about honest!! Bobby, the owner, was prompt in responding to my call. I had two roofers tell me I had a leak in my skylight but Bobby said there was no leak, only residue due to the height of the skylight in my kitchen. Bobby brought his ladder in and wiped the residue away with a cloth and would not take any money!. I will be using this company in the future!!!

  I called JCB roofing to install a roof vent cover on my seasonal home. Bobby, the owner, came by to price the job. I explained I was out of state and could he give me a price for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable informative and helpful. He completed the job in no time. I can't tell you how happy I was. They are a top rate company. From the women who took my call, to Bobby coming out. Bobby you have customer for life thank you so much for the help. STRONG WORK!
