  I cannot say enough good things about Sutton Well and Pumps. During a snowstorm this weekend, we suddenly lost all water pressure and were completely without water. I made several calls on a Saturday, and Mr. Sutton was the ONLY person who returned my call — and I’m so grateful he did. Even though he lives in Hartsville and we’re in Pamplico, Mr. Sutton stayed on the phone with us and patiently walked us through a temporary fix to get our water back on until the electrical box can be replaced this coming week. He knew exactly what was causing the shutdown and explained everything clearly, calmly, and kindly. Thanks to his guidance, we got our water running again. When it shut down once more the next morning, we knew exactly what to do because of him. His patience, knowledge, and genuine concern for our situation made all the difference. What stood out most was how much he truly cared. In a stressful situation, especially during bad weather, that kind of kindness and dedication means everything. It stuck with me all day because it’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond simply because they want to help. If you need well or pump service, do not hesitate to call Sutton Well and Pumps.   Mr Sutton company is great We spoke Saturday afternoon about my pressure cutoff switch being bad. He said he could be at my house Monday morning @ 8:30 to fix the problem. He did and it was a very professional job at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend his company to anyone who has a water well problem.

  This company has been in business for decades! I lived with my grandparents and we had well water. If the water stopped, sometimes a family member or friend might at first try to get it started back and if they were unable to solve the problem, they would always say, guess you better call the Suttons! When they showed up, you could consider your water problem already solved!!
