  From my first phone call with Wayne Whipple and continuing with John Kautter, the service I received was excellent. John was very always very responsive from providing the quote to replace my roof, answering my many questions and concerns and scheduling and completing the installation of my new roof. Whipple Roofing submitted a competitive, thorough quote and the results are outstanding. I highly recommend this Company and John Kautter for his professionalism, communication, and responsiveness. He, as the Project Manager was on the job with his crew which I appreciated. If you are considering a new roof, give Whipple a call, you won't be disappointed.

  I recently had the pleasure to work with a team (Whipple Roofing) towards installation of a new roof. Whilst this was an unexpected expense, Whipple Roofing got boots on the ground immediately when I called for help “it’s raining in my kitchen”. John came to survey and put a plan into action, Diane educated and assisted me through the insurance claim and ALL of the required documentation and signatures need to facilitate the job coordination. It was raining for days, John reached out to me to inquire if I needed a tarp placed to prevent further damage. Honestly I was a scared kid (elderly kid) that needed hand holding. Whipple Roofing understood the assignment, answered the call, went beyond my expectations to make my fearful situation a smooth recovery. Amazing…A++++ people who say what they do followed by do what they say. Transparent honesty. Why did I choose Whipple in the first place? I see their trucks all around town so I felt confident they would see the job to completion and not take a deposit followed by a no show. Whipple Roofing did not disappoint. A business with people of integrity.
