- LGL GSep 3, 20215.0We had a terrible flood this past month at our complex. Unfortunately, the flood damaged our elevator and it would not function. TK Elevator is our go to company for all our elevator servicing. However, this time it was different. We have a few residence that have difficulty using the stairwell, so a fully functional elevator is extremely necessary. TK Elevator came right our and accessed the damage. Technician Levi Estep called me and explained that a new circuit board and switch would have to be ordered. Nowadays, ordering parts may take a great bit longer than in the past. Levi suggested that I speak with the Account Manager, Derek Luis. I called Derek who was extremely sensitive to our particular needs. Derek arranged for rush shipping and service. Both he and Levi kept me informed every step of the way. Needless to say, we were up and running in a matter of days! THIS IS HOW A COMPANY DOES SERVICE!
