  Nothing but great things to say about Russ & construction manager Travis! We are super excited for our new build & can't wait to make memories & make new friends! I only wish there was more options available to buyers up until closing. Overall it's been a great process thus far!

  We are looking forward to live there. We have two young soccer players at home and they are very excited about living so close to that huge soccer complex. The team working there are amazing and make us very confident about our choice. Russ and Travis are very nice and supportive. So far we are 100% satisfied.

  We’re in the early stages of building in Parkers Summit and have been very impressed so far. The community has a great feel—quiet, well planned, and in a very convenient location in the Greer area. The home plans stood out to us right away with thoughtful layouts and a strong balance of function and design. It feels like a community being developed with long-term value in mind. Russell, the neighborhood sales manager, has been great to work with and has taken excellent care of us throughout the process so far. Our real estate agent, Reed Gray, has also been a huge help in guiding us and making everything smooth from the start. We’re excited to see everything come together and be part of this growing community.

  We recently purchased our home in Parker’s Summit, and it truly feels like a dream come true. The community offers beautiful home.plans, great amenities, and a welcoming feel. Russ, Megan, and Travis have been amazing to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Parker’s Summit to anyone looking for their dream home.
