  Derrick our salesman was amazing. He went beyond what he needed to do to make sure i got the flooring I wanted (difficult to find). Price was very affordable. The installation team of Juan Resendis was very professional, knowledgeable and time efficient. Will definitely use Greer Flooring again when it's time for carpet.

  We couldn't be happier with our new floors! Eric was very helpful and patient with us while choosing the proper flooring and was very quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. His follow up responses to my emails were impressive. Shane installed the flooring in no time! It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and he did a great job. He was pleasant and gracious. He even made a couple of helpful suggestions regarding the planks. I would highly recommend Greer Flooring.

  It was precisely the value we were looking for. Greer did it all, from providing expertise and insight for our specific project to contracting out a great team who handled the job with care and a sense of urgency. Throughout the process, Eric and team were highly communicative and transparent and helped us scope out the work on time and within our budget. We've been wanting to tile our kitchen for years and were lucky enough to have found Greer flooring to handle it. And although our particular job was modest in scale, we were cared for as valued customers from start to finish.

  After multiple quotes and visits to surrounding flooring businesses, we walked into Greer Flooring, spoke with Logan, and walked out confident we would do business with him. Logan educated us on the best materials for our household, came and measured (only to learn other big box store quoted over 300 sf higher), he stopped by when crew was installing, and followed up to be sure we loved everything. Highly recommend working with Logan, and Greer Flooring of Easley Heather & Ray

  Top notch selection and customer service! Brandon did an excellent job of discussing options, coordinating the order and installation. He continued to oversee and follow up, to ensure customer satisfaction even after the job was done. He, Matt, the installation crew, and everyone at Greer Flooring are wonderful, highly recommend!
