  Greer Flooring installed hardwood floors in my upstairs. Juan, Esther, and Alex completed an outstanding job on the installation. They worked very hard for over 12 hours. The floors look beautiful. Greer Flooring installed the hardwood floors downstairs almost 12 years ago. The did such a good job finding a similar flooring that looks very much like the original flooring downstairs. I love the floors. Thankyou Greer Flooring for such a great job on the installation.

The crew arrived right on time, worked with care, and treated my home with the kind of respect you hope for but do not always get. The finished product looks great!   We recently refinished the original hardwood floors in our home built in 1920. Matthew Mrus was easy to work with and extremely helpful as well as always responsive. Mauricio and his team did an amazing job on the floors themselves. We could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and hard work on the entire job which also included replacing carpet.   We just completed whole house replacement of our flooring with Greer Flooring. Even with a bump in the road, the project was a success! Matthew Mrus was our initial contact at the store and was great thru the entire process. A competitive quote, satisfactory scheduling, good communication throughout the project, and assuring we were satisfied upon completion. Standard vinyl flooring went in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms in one day and the crew was great. Mohawk vinyl wood plank was scheduled next for the living, dining, sun room, and 2 bedrooms the (next 2 consecutive days a thursday and friday). The crew got off to a good start thursday even though the entry way solid wood glued flooring was a bit rough to remove. Then a water leak issue (resolved the day before) was found to have soaked an area of carpet that stalled the project. The crew went as far as they could Thursday and we became concerned when told the crew could not return on Friday even though the project was scheduled for Friday. Matthew was able to get a crew to finish the flooring the following Tuesday and Wednesday even though it was initially looking like it could be several weeks to get a finish crew back in. We were satisfied with the revised scheduling and the work turned out great. It's nice to have what feels like a brand new home now. There were some non-perform cost give and takes from the original quote that offset the minor delay and the result was a final billing within the originally proposed amount. FAIR PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH and I felt this important for anyone considering Greer Flooring for their project to know, as most projects never go exactly as planned. When they don't, you appreciate a contractor that helps you work through it to get the job successfully done and within budget. I highly recommend Greer Flooring and Matthew Mrus.
