The house itself feels solid and well put together—no weird surprises or rushed finishes like you sometimes hear about with new construction. The layout is exactly what I wanted, and the natural light in the main living area is even better than I expected. The leasing agent and builders were easy to work with throughout the process. Anytime I had or have a question someone actually gets back to me, which I appreciate!! I would recommend Gardner Heights at Stanley Martin to anyone who would like a good quality home along with a pleasant neighborhood!

We previewed several builders & communities for them and zeroed in on Gardner Heights. We have worked for a local builder in the past and feel Stanley Martin offers a high quality product. They included a quality washer/dryer, blinds for the windows and some great financing options too! Their salesperson, Michael Sabetti, was very hands on throughout the entire purchase and his followup has been great. Nick, the Stanley Martin construction representative conducted our buyers first walk thru virtually and then again in person on the morning of close, saving our buyers having to fly several times and he was very knowledgable. Michael & Nick remain in the community ready to help even after the close. Thank you Michael, Nick and Stanley Martin for taking excellent care of our buyers!
