  We’ve had a smell coming from our AC unit since turning it on over Christmas when it was warm. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, however we are happy with the outcome. Seth seems very knowledgeable and thorough and was even sweet to my hyper little terrier. He located issues with the install of our almost brand new system (12/22), where unfortunately, shortcuts were taken by the original company. We have a regular big name “maintenance” hvac service that has not mentioned any of these issues. Thanks to Seth and his boss Steve for helping us out!

  Kyle performed the diagnosis on my heat pump’s. While he didn’t end up providing me any good news about my equipment, he did do a thorough diagnosis and identified the root cause. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

  On 1/19/26 Climate Right replaced my 23 year old 3 Ton Single Stage Gas Package Unit with an American Standard Two Stage Gas Package unit. They also replaced the yellow flex gas line from the gas manifold in the crawl space to the gas package unit with a safer assembly of steel gas pipe. They also placed an additional return vent to meet the new units airflow specs. My experience has been very positive. Owners Steven W. & Tim W. & all the technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, & performed their work in a professional & responsible manner. I received good answers to my questions during the entire process from my initial phone call to a post install follow up. These folks provided a very good service at a competitive price that was less than a well known competitor. They will follow up in late spring / early summer when we start using the air cooling portion of the new unit. make any performance check on the air conditioner cooling function. I recommend Climate Right to take care of your Heating & cooling needs. Gregory S.

  Climate Right gave me peace of mind knowing that my system is working well during this cold spell. Seth pointed out some areas that don’t need immediate attention, but it allows for me to plan ahead for the expenses and work. He also pointed out an area that needs attention sooner rather than later allowing me to have this taken care of before it causes any problems. Overall, my system is in pretty good shape. Over the summer and during the hottest week, my air conditioner was not working. Climate Right got me an appointment right oaway. Devon arrived and took care of the issue. At that time, I purchased the maintenance plan so my system would be in tip top shape year round.
