  We had a wonderful experience with American Made Windows of the Upstate from start to finish. They provided a timely, reasonable quote and a clear timeline for the project. When installation day came, the team was friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home. The windows themselves are fantastic—especially the subtle tint that helps with those hot South Carolina summer days. Every person we interacted with was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. We highly recommend them!

  This is such a great company! We had them do all of our exterior doors and windows this past summer. We worked closely with Richard and Don and both of them went above and beyond to make our work look amazing. Richard did not try to upsell any products, was honest with us, and made personal efforts to make sure we didn’t overspend on things we didn’t need. We had a few minor things that had to be fixed after our project was done and they immediately came back and helped us with it. This is a small business that I would recommend to anyone and would always prefer over big companies. Thank you guys!

  At the end of July we were in the Greer area and stopped by to talk to Don about replacing the patio door in our home that wasn't energy efficient. The longest part of our process was waiting for him to be able to come and measure the door before ordering it. We understood that someone in a town near us wanted them to do windows for them but they had to wait to close on the house where they wanted the windows replaced. Around the end of August we were able to get the measurements for the door and were told the order would go in the next week. Don expected the door to arrive around mid-October but it arrived sooner. This morning David and Vlad installed the new door. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure all the parts were working right before they left. It took around two hours and I can already tell that it seems much more efficient than the door they replaced. It only took just over two hours from start to finish. Don can give you several options of what might work for you. Some of them may be less costly than the one you were considering before so it is worth checking into. Happy the job was completed before colder weather arrives.

  Turn around time between order and installation was too long...needs to be improved
