  We had an excellent experience with Higgins Heating and Cooling LLC. Dalton, the technician, was punctual, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Honest pricing and outstanding customer service—highly recommend!!

  If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I most definitely would! I called Higgins Heating & Cooling LLC on behalf of my workplace (Back 40 Butchery) on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Brina was very polite, listened to my concerns, professional, and was straightforward with pricing. Not only was she helpful, but Dalton came out the same day and diagnosed our issue with our AC in the front office. Dalton and his partner came back today (Thursday), March 5, 2026, and fixed our AC just in time for the warmer months. They were also very professional and up front with pricing!
