  Outstanding! The dispatcher listened carefully and quickly scheduled my appointment, on a Saturday! Monday morning I received a text he was on his way. When he arrived he carefully listened to the symptoms and explained how he was going to approach the diagnosis. Absolutely amazing knowledge and patience, answering my questions while solving my problem. Outstanding work and highly recommend!!

  Totally pleased with the service. The technicians were communicative, on time and finished the job a little ahead of predicted. Tommy, Austin and Skylar were an amazing crew and worked very hard to do the work and do it right. Thanks. We are very pleased and recommend them highly.

  HOMEOWNER BEWARE This company, at least this location, is not to be trusted. Be sure if you have a salesman or consultant come out you follow him around and make him explain everything to you and show you proof. Reason being, there was a couple guys on the sales side who would sell people equipment to replace their two-year-old system when there was nothing wrong with it. They’d pass it off as their compressor was dead When really it was just a capacitor. But they got over on an older couple in their 70s for $15,000. And they would try to sell stuff. The homeowner doesn’t need. Now, i’m not saying everybody is like this, but there are a few. Just make sure you’re aware of what you’re getting and why they think you need it.

  Long time customers will be discontinuing all service. We have been members of their semiannual maintenance program for 4 years and until recently had been satisfied. During recent HVAC maintenance the tech tried to tell us two units were bad. They tried to sell my wife 2 new units saying it wouldn’t be worth repairing. We had another group take a look who found nothing wrong. The units have continued to function fine through the recent heat. Their salesperson asked to return to double check the work and couldn’t identify the previous issues while I watched. Phantom problems with several thousand dollar solutions. We also had two bad experiences with their recent plumbers. They couldn’t identify an issue for a clog. Credit to them on coming on short notice. Shame on them for convincing us we needed holes cut in our ceiling, damaging the molding in the process, quoting us a $15,000+ repair/re-piping job, only for us to find another plumber who fixed the issue without needing ceiling holes. Now we have to pay $1,500 to repair and repaint the ceiling and wall that never needed to be opened. I have lost all faith in this organization and strongly suggest you double check with outside specialists if they ever try to trick you into unnecessary work.

  (Update) They did come back and make everything right and i will give them another chance when something else comes up. So i will change my 1 star review to a 4 star. (Had them come out to fix a water pipe issue and did a great job which isn't the problem. They upped saled me on a monthly service which was a good deal but I scheduled to use that service and they have canceled 2 weeks in a row. It doesn't matter if it is a good deal/worth the money if they will not ever let you use it.)
