  Our experience with Window World was very good. From the initial visit with the representative to the installation everything went exactly as planned. The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us all of the information we needed to know exactly what to expect during the window replacement process. The windows are excellent quality and the price was better than that of the competitors that we compared the job with. We love our new windows and it is hard to imagine how the process could have been handled better. The installers were on time, neat, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up well before they left. We recommend Window World to anyone that is in the window replacement market. They made it all so easy.

  There is customer satisfaction, then there is absolute 100% earning that customer by promises made and kept. We had talked to several window companies before this purchase, even prayed about which direction to take. Yet, the afternoon I placed that call to Window World, with Anna answering, we will most certainly never regret. At the beginning, the first impression was that she "cared" that our needs were met, that we were comfortable with the entire process. I admit, we were nervous before meeting Austin, then then ours concerns disappeared. My husband, a disabled veteran, being on veteran pay cements the fact that our purchasing has to be wise. Our windows were installed yesterday. There was NO mistake in choosing Window World. Laura in the scheduling calmed my nerves about the caulking (ha), the installers were professional, polite, and the work ethic was amazing. The professionalism with Window World, the customer service, the "personal concern of a job well done", the politeness, the "hassle free process", the welcoming attitude, and intention to provide perfection in a completed product, the respect given to the Veterans of the United States of America, the disciplined work ethic is why EVERYONE would greatly BENEFIT from choosing Window World, We have complete confidence that Lee Neighbors/ and his crew completed installation with precise completion.   We noticed a temperature difference within hours. I was able to turn my heat down seven degrees. We had it set at 72 and it was so warm I turned it down to 65 and slept like a baby. We haven’t had to adjust the thermostat since. The hottest room in the house is now comfortable. It was so hot because the rest of the house was cold. Now it is comfortable in all rooms. I highly recommend Shane and his son Hunter. They were very prompt and professional. Shane wanted to make sure we knew how to take care of our windows inside and outside. We are planning to have seven more windows done soon. I am looking forward to calling Sarah to measure the windows and Shane and Hunter putting them in. Thank you Window World for a wonderful experience. We should have done this years ago.
