After hours we contact our local branch after hours and our OSR after hours quickly found us a truck and got the reservation put in for the next day we were able to pick the truck up the very next morning this allow us to continue our project with no interruptions.

Usually dont take the time to write a review but i have tried 3 times to get in touch with the sales rep who was helping me and left 2 messages and no responce. I tried to rent a piece of equipment two seperate times..both times was told i had it reserved in my name. Drove 45 mins to pick it up the first time and was informed it was rented out from under me. The 2nd time i even gave my card to reserve it and was told my card wouldnt be charged til after the rental was returned. Went to pick it up and the equipment was not there and got a notice an hour later my account was charged for the rental that i didnt even pick up.
