If I could give 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a HVAC contractor, don't waste your time with any other company. Ted Cook is the best hands down and the only person I will recommend or ever use for any HVAC needs. Top notch company!!

They had good reviews but they gave me a quote I felt was outrageous and tried to sell me on a cleaning and service plan and all kinds of extras. I went with my gut and let them leave without fixing anything and I’m so glad I did because I went and found Ted Cook HVAC. I was not expecting to speak to Ted himself when I called, but he spent 25 minutes on the phone with me and was so exceedingly kind, fit me in the same day even though I didn’t call til after 3, didn’t charge me a crazy service fee, and beat the quote of the other company by $1200. $1200! That’s a lot of money and they did a phenomenal job and were so kind and friendly. Don’t think twice about calling Ted Cook.
