  Our brand new system quit after a few hours of installation. Called answering service late evening. Addison Ziegler came early next morning. He found the problem and fixed it. He also went over working the thermostat with us thoroughly. Five stars for Addison.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Sanders Heating and Cooling, thanks to their technician Robert Rubio. He came out to diagnose an issue with our heating system that wasn’t switching on properly, and from start to finish his communication was fantastic. Robert was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He didn’t just fix the immediate problem—he took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and brought important safety and environmental concerns with our system to our attention, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find a technician who is this detailed and genuinely cares about doing the job the right way. We felt informed, safe, and confident in his work. Highly recommend Robert Rubio and Sanders Heating and Cooling!

  Robert was so helpful and friendly. I felt I could trust him immediately, but also because he works for Sanders! We’ve always had good experiences with Sanders! I highly recommend signing up for their maintenance service because it’s one less thing we have to remember. We have it at our local office and home!

  I reached out to this company because I have no heat in the middle of this ice storm. Cindy informed me she would call me back. I never heard from anybody then the follow up the next day states that we would not be doing any future appointments with me because i canceled a services with them? What type of heat and air company will turn away business and not do a follow up Call in the middle of an ice storm ? And then tell me the following day this I apologize for not returning your call earlier; that part is on me. I did review your profile, and it reflects that you discontinued service contract with and we would not move forward with future appointments. We wish you the very best moving forward. Thank you. Cindy Consumers beware if you don’t do a service contract with them they won’t come out when you need them for emergencies

  Horrible service and extremely rude technician. This company has gone downhill since we started using them years ago. They tried to charge us $440 to install a basic Honeywell thermostat that can be purchased at Walmart for $39. Your reply could not be further from the truth. There was nothing professional about the interaction with Johnny - your technician. This was a very simple issue that you tried to gouge us on. We installed a T5 Honeywell smart wifi thermostat the same day. Much better product and took 20 minutes to install and I assure you it was done correctly. There is nothing difficult about it. You guys utilize used car salesman tactics that are unacceptable in your profession. It won’t be difficult to find a better company and we’ve already found several. It’s beyond disappointing how horrible your company has become to work with. The lack of respect you show clients, and absurd policies are the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll be sure to share our negative experiences with friends and neighbors to save them the same issues.
