I had no idea who would be good to call. Now, I am happy to say, I have the best Plumbing Professionals in the state of SC! The best mentor/trainer, Bill Ramsey is experienced, intelligent, and professional trainer. He not only uses years of experience and all logical thinking, but he is willing to troubleshoot endlessly any problem no matter how weird or unusual it may be. Ellis Wheeler was mentored and trained under Bill. He is an up and coming, talented, intelligent Service Professional with the same same endless dedication to fixing any problems you have. I am so thankful for these two men and their commitment to their new and existing clients. Maggie is the best professional scheduler, who is friendly, informative, and helpful. I can't express what these professionals and the local family owned company means to me. They are genuinely ethical and caring. They are "my plumbers", I am happy to say.

- SMS MatthewsNov 10, 20251.0I’m not happy. John came to my house and basically asked me questions about my water heater, I’m not an expert in water heaters, hence why I called Rooter Rooter. I told him my issues and he fixed one running toilet by putting in a new flapper, however, that toilet still runs periodically. He told me my water heater needed a new piece but it could wait a couple of months. I paid $99 dollars on that Monday and had to call Rooter Rooter back that Wednesday because I woke up to no water. The new tech came and fixed it and I had to pay him $600 dollars for an issue that should have been fixed that Monday! Can I get my $99 back because the first tech didn’t fix anything?
