  Dom and Devonte are very polite. They removed the wet, damaged flooring and insulation and set up the equipment to start the drying process. I am very impressed with them.

  Ok so. I started my experience off with the young lady Ashlyn who set the apportionment up. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I started business off with Dylan. He came to do the initial inspection of my problem areas which include the crawl space area. He’s also the one who gave me the quote before leaving. Dylan was very polite and so patient. Next I met Izzy and Jackson. They too were very nice and patient with my questions. I like to have an understanding of what’s going on so I ask every question I can think of and they had answers or solutions. They came to do the dirty work of tearing out, ripping and treating. Very nice guys. The next person I met was Tim Allgood. He came to do the final inspection of all areas after the treatments were done. Also very nice, respectful , informative and funny. Also we may have a family connection so that was an interesting meeting. Somewhere toward the end of my experience there was an issue with payment going through. That’s where I was in contact with the very pleasant Serene. We got that handled. They recommended someone for repairs as well. I can’t compare them to anyone because this was my first experience with having to have such work done but I would recommend based off of my lovely experience. The only reason for my 4 Star review is because there will always be room for improvement.

  RestoPro in Greenville is awesome! The whole team was super professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. Big shoutout to Jackson, Izzy, Tim, Devonte, and Connor — they were all fantastic! It’s not easy to find a crew that’s this dependable and just genuinely nice to work with. I’d definitely call RestoPro again — these guys make a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you! 🙌

  Starting off, Connor (the inspector) was fantastic. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked me through working with insurance and made the claim process incredibly easy. In fact, I barely have to do anything because RestoPros and USAA communicate status, so I can basically just sit back and see the status updates. Once we started remediation, Matt and his crew were fantastic. They answered all my questions, and were very attentive. The crew worked quickly and professionally. Best of all, they took care to make sure they didn't dirty or damage the house (beyond the necessary demo). Overall they were in and out within 2 hours, which is fast for ripping out all the tile flooring, a vanity, a toilet, and a sink. Can't recommend them enough! Oh, and my dog Gizmo loved them. They were very nice and he enjoyed the pets!

  Matt, Julio, and the team did an outstanding job with our bathroom demo. They were meticulous about keeping the area clean and left no mess behind. Throughout the process, they clearly explained what they were doing and outlined the next steps in our restoration project. Devo also stopped by to check on the dry-out process. He was very polite and took the time to explain the progress, when the equipment would be removed, and what to expect afterward. Tim later came by to provide a reading of the dry-out and shared great news. He also walked us through the next steps for the build-back and who would be contacting us. Overall, Resto Pros has been professional, thorough, communicative, and efficient throughout the entire dry-out process. We truly appreciated working with such a reliable and attentive team
