Especially in regards to the technician Thomas who came to our home and serviced our kitchen plumbing issue. I explained to him the work I had already done in case I had made an error so he could handle it the right way with the information given. He didn't try and over aggressively talk down to me and showed me the correct way to address the issues presented and handled my issues and my home like it was his own. Also cost me a lot less than the company I used before who didn't handle the issue with the same customer care. I'll definitely be using them in the future and asking for thomas if possible when I do.

The service was fantastic , the service men were very efficient and very knowledgeable about their jobs, and their response to questions and concerns were immediate. He was very nice and thorough in completing the job with the up most concern for safety. He also gave us a peace of mind that the job was done correctly. Dennis is knowledgeable and went over everything that needed to be done step by step beginning to end. So we could understand what was bringing done to correct out gas leak issue.

Called the 1st and they wouldn't have anyone who could come out until the 1st of the week, but Preferred said the could probably out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, they never showed up and we had to reach out to them again, to find out when we could expect them. They finally started good communication with us, but it was the next day when their tech showed up. He was very nice and explained everything very well and fixed our drain in time for family to come to our home for a Christmas get together!
- WWWarrenDec 27, 20255.0Great job! Did everything I wanted and hid the mini split perfectly. Out of 3 HVAC companies, they were the only ones to think to place the outside unit in my backyard vs the side or front yard where it would be visible or very expensive for the side yard. They did accidentally shut off my main AC/heat though, but I was able to turn on myself eventually during the night as it was a very minor fix. But they did send someone out right away in the morning to check everything over still. Basically if you’re dealing with an annoying HOA and home layout, I’d go to this company for anything HVAC as they really think outside the box. They also give you a top of the line unit and really work to give you the best solution. I got a 2 ton mini split for the price of a 1 ton and at the same price as every other HVAC company!
