In the process we hit a supply line for the vacuum system to the air-conditioner line repaired and we had the HVAC system maintenance check. We sent an out and SOS….and selected Preferred Home Services. I want you to know, the three service professionals (Chris, Rick and Scott) who came to our aide were “superior!” Not only because of the professional service they each provided, but it was the professional manner/characteristic, their conversation tone, their explanation, and overall politeness. I told me sister who we select, she was not in agreement because of her encounter with them. However, our experience was absolutely nothing like hers, but I was concerned, and thought don’t “prejudge.” Again, I/we are extremely pleased and very satisfied with the personnel, and they work performed. In case we must have something else done, we will likely request the same service personnel to return, because they will know what they have done previously. Again, PERFERED Homes Services, you cannot go wrong!
