Jason stopped by the same day I called for an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Outlined all options and the refinishing process. Their work is exceptional. Our floors are beautiful. Start to finish, this is the BEST flooring company.

RELIABLE - they care about what they do and do everything they say they will do RESPECTFUL- they show up on time, take care of your property, and are kind people REASONABLE - their pricing is great! REPUTABLE - they are experts at what they do! I would use them again in a heartbeat, but I don't think I will have to because they do quality work that stands the test of time!

- ABAlex BSep 1, 20225.0Talk about a master of his craft. Jason and his crew did an incredible job fixing and refinishing our hardwood flooring. Jason was very responsive in answering any questions along with showing up on time and delivering on his promises. As you can see from the pictures, our floor was in rough shape with a plywood section and mismatched stain. He was able to blend the floors seamlessly and finish them beautifully. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend Jason and Pioneer Concepts LLC for your finishing needs.
