After leaving a third voicemail, Tracey finally called back, saying she was swamped and would update me next week. But she never called, and I left one last voicemail... nothing. Now I have to find someone else. I know units break, especially with this heat, but we matter too. Hey, owner: If you're that busy, hire more HVAC techs, and for crying out loud, help Tracey out! She deserves better

Although we had only scheduled a service call for routine maintenance Cody diagnosed a potential issue with a part in our unit. He came inside and spoke with my husband and they agreed the part needed to be replaced. Cody did not have the part on his service truck and to left to get one. He returned to our home, installed the new part and left us with a great impression of not only himself but the company he works for. Thank you Palmetto Heating and Air! We will call you again for any air or heating needs we may need in the future!
