After leaving a third voicemail, Tracey finally called back, saying she was swamped and would update me next week. But she never called, and I left one last voicemail... nothing. Now I have to find someone else. I know units break, especially with this heat, but we matter too. Hey, owner: If you're that busy, hire more HVAC techs, and for crying out loud, help Tracey out! She deserves better

I noticed there was also quite a variation in costs for comparable units. I was informed by several specialists in the field that how good your unit functions has a lot to do with the installer. I strongly recommend Palmetto Hearing & Air to anybody that in the market for a new AC unit. I found the company extremely cooperative, friendly and very professional in my dealing with them. They informed me what the process would entail and that it would take them approximately a day and a half for competition and until they return the following day they made sure I had air to keep me comfortable through the evening. I also have piece of mind that Palmetto Heating and Air handled registering all my units for we to obtain my 10 year warranty package and sent me all the necessary paperwork. In addition Marc Golden, the owner informed me that I would be received a rebate from Duke Electric which was a welcome surprise! I couldn't be happier with Palmetto Heating & Air, as they are what all homeowners want when it comes to reliability, professionalism and down right friendly individuals to deal with!
