  I hired Modern Image to renovate a beautiful historic house near downtown Greenville. Kris and his team did an amazing job renovating this house for me while also keeping the historic details intact, like the original doors and glass/brass door knobs. They also helped me redesign the bathrooms and the kitchen to modernize them in a way that still fit with the traditional feel of the house, and the result has been even better than I imagined. Justin created a gorgeous pass-through window in the kitchen from scratch, based on essentially just a magazine photo. It’s one of the most-complemented features of the house! They also knew that I had a hard deadline to get the renovation done, because I needed to be able to move in before my lease ended. His team worked some late nights to meet that date, and I am incredibly grateful. They finished in time and I was able to move in exactly when I needed to. In addition, Kris and his team were fantastic to work with on everything, from start to finish. I particularly appreciated our weekly meetings at the job site to go over status, to-do items, changes, etc. They kept me well-informed about what was going on with my project, and if I had questions I could email Kris or the designer I was working with (Katie) and they were very responsive. Kris even came over the day after Christmas to help me with an issue when that wasn’t even his fault! He came over immediately and helped me fix it right away and he was super nice about it. Modern Image will always be my #1 choice for any renovation work in the future, and they are my #1 recommendation to anybody who is looking for a contractor. I wish I could give 1000 stars to this company. They’re amazing!

  My husband called them it went to voicemail.... that's fine, as a business, its your right, but that's a lost opportunity and you can't blame the customer for moving on...we moved on as we have dealt with missed calls with contractors before and that's just a reflection of when you need them you're always going to go to voicemail. The owner keeps calling us and harassing us. Next time answer your phone. Don't call this place because they will pressure you and bother you with text messages and everything else until you finally have to block them.
