  Adam Youngblood came out to make sure that the roofing job was done correctly. He stayed until the end of the project. I recommend Home Genius Exterious. Two thumbs up.

  I really enjoyed my service today! I was able to get my roof done in 1 day! Great customer service. Still working with them for the rest of my home. I know my neighbors will be jealous lol but no seriously I love the company and see why they have 5 stars. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience with this company installing fascia and soffits and then gutters with leaf guards. I was happy with the communication between the office and PM with me. Timelines was excellent and quality of work was outstanding. I am very pleased!

  Just had an experience with someone ringing my doorbell then rapidly knocking on my door. When I didn’t answer within seconds, they proceeded to start BEATING on my storm door. I was in the middle of something and started to panic slightly because the last time someone started knocking on my door like that the outside of my house was on fire. Upon opening the door the guy jumped and told me I scared him. 2 more men in vests were waiting further out in the yard. After asking what was going on and who he was, he explained they were out trying to “help people prepare for the winter months” despite me having multiple no soliciting signs posted. Upon pointing out that I did have no soliciting signs posted and that I am also renting so I had no say in what is done to the house, he told me that “well we aren’t selling anything, we are doing free inspections” which I’m sorry but that is still an attempt to sell something. I stated that, and said that he ignored the notices and was beating on the door like crazy scared me and he just said “yeah you scared me too” and was adamant on the fact that they were not soliciting and pushed more saying he could leave a card with me, I told him no he needed to leave. He again ignored that and tried again to tell me that I scared HIM when I opened the door and that he was not beating on the door and was being increasingly rude, so I had to repeat 3 times that they needed to leave the property. Finally he started to leave but made sure to add in a snarky “well that’s fine we are leaving, but I hope you have a better day than whatever you are having.” I then told him if he did want to give me a card I wouldn’t mind talking to someone about it. He proceeded to say no, no, we’re leaving. I asked again “what company are you with again?” He again refused to answer me. Came out and walked through my yard to get a closer look at their vests to make sure I had the company name right. I worked in customer service positions for 16 years and I would never want anyone like that representing my company. I was home alone at the time and having someone beat on the door that much put me in panic mode, and then having him be rude to me for scaring the hell out of me was just too far. The two men in the vests were quiet the whole encounter and super polite at the end and apologized and said to have a good day as they were leaving despite me being upset, but the main guy in the polo shirt should absolutely not have a place representing the company.
