  Working with Floors Unlimited is so easy. Needed LVP at 2 rental properties, after checking out some bigger corporate stores, glad I stopped in. Product, installation, great service, fair pricing, all without a hitch. Big thanks to Tim and the installation crew.

  I used floors unlimited for an install and they were amazing! They were easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable, and so nice. They made it very easy to work with and the men who actually installed the floors were so courteous and thorough- I highly recommend using FU!

  Im a project manager for a construction company. Ive thrown a few jobs to Floors unlimited. They have been great! They can handle all your flooring needs. Super responsive and always leave the job clean.

  We had done business with Floors Unlimited about 25 years ago (they have been around for 50 years). The service was good and so was the quality of the vinyl. We needed carpeting removed and vinyl put down. We went to Floors Unlimited again. An in-stock roll was chosen, and the process began. The guys installing the vinyl were at the house two days later. Because the carpeting had been "super-glued", there was extra work and time involved; they finished the three rooms on day two. Floors Unlimited is family-owned. The folks are good to work with and the prices are reasonable.

  This is long overdue since Floors Unlimited installed new carpet in my home back in October of this year. Tim Blackstock listened to what I was looking for in style, color, grade, price point and never tried to up sell me but he LISTENED to find my fit and we did just that! I couldn't believe the price difference in what I had shopped. At the time a lager company was offering free installation and I still got a better price with carpet, pad and the install at Floors Unlimited. Now, the workmanship matters because it's your finish product what you PAY FOR and live with. It's what you see as your investment. The crew that came out couldn't have been more polite, professional, and it was obvious they knew their job and did it very well. As a local longtime realtor that deal with many people (all walk of life) on a daily basis, customer service and attitude are two very important elements in my business that I look for and key in on....At Floors Unlimited expect nothing less that a phenomenal attitude and excellent customer service. A total package....I'lll be back for ceramic in my bathrooms soon. Blessings!!! Ann Morton
