  Realmente me da pesar por los dueños de esta compañía, tal vez se han sacrificado por su empresa, por pagar empleados, por tener una variedad de productos…. Pero la verdad, eso no lo valoran los empleados. He ido dos veces hasta el lugar y les pregunté por una carpeta y por un vinilo … de la carpeta me dieron una valor y quedaron pendientes de en dos días llamar para decirme si encontraban el color ya han pasado dos semanas, volví y dije que pasó nunca me llamaron sino hay carpeta entonces miremos el vinilo les llevé las medidas d la casa el plano para q así mismo me dieran cotización y lo mismo en dos días te llamo ….. y sigo esperando …… me urge cambiar mi piso llame a otra compañía fueron serios, cumplieron y hasta fueron a la casa tomaron medidas y el contrato fue de 10 mil dólares, de pronto para esta empresa es poco pero se que al dueño le hubiera gustado tener esta venta pero sus empleados no piensan igual es una lástima ….MUY MAL ATENCIÓN AL USUARIO…….. I truly feel sorry for the owners of this company. Perhaps they've sacrificed a lot for their business, paying employees, offering a variety of products… But honestly, the employees don't seem to appreciate it. I've gone there twice and asked about a carpet and some vinyl flooring. They gave me a price for the carpet and said they'd call back in two days to let me know if they had the color I wanted. Two weeks have passed, and I went back to ask what happened. They never called. If they didn't have the carpet, then let's look at the vinyl. I brought them the house measurements and the floor plan so they could give me a quote, and they said the same thing: "I'll call you back in two days." I'm still waiting… I urgently need to replace my flooring. I called another company; they were professional, they kept their word, and they even came to the house, took measurements, and the contract was for $10,000. Maybe that's not much for this company, but I know the owner would have liked to make that sale, but his employees don't seem to think the same way. It's a shame… VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…

  I visited Greenville, SC’s ValuFlor recently seeking one short traditional 2 3/4” oak floor board. General mgr Tim, who understood my unusual request, found what I needed, and even apologized for having me wait a few short minutes. This well stocked company has it all. I’ll definitely return for future larger needs.

  Floors turned out beautifully, what I truly appreciated was the fact that my concerns with the finishing of the floors were addressed and taken care of. No process is perfect but the customer service I received from John Simmons was top notch.
