  Communication is horrible, and good luck getting things fixed after closing. Upgrades are so overpriced my house didn't appraise for the purchase price. I love the house, although I find items that show poor craftsmanship weekly. I have had a hole in my laundry room wall for weeks now because they forgot to include my dryer vent when building the house. I have trim missing on my level 5 upgraded cabinets because they said the microwave was too big to insert unless they removed 3 feet of my trim, that I paid for. I really wanted to leave a good review even though I had my issues , but I can't after I've been left waiting for contractors to show to fix these items on more than one occasion, only to just have them not show up at all.

  DRB Homes provided exemplary customer care during the conception, construction and completion of my home in Camden Cottages, Greenville, SC. Natalia was professional, knowledgeable and she provided proactive and exemplary service during the concepting and construction process. Ryan was also instrumental in providing timely and critical updates on the construction status of my home. I closed in time. Many thanks to Natalia, Ryan and all at DRB who provided excellent customer care to this Georgian, who returned to her home roots in SC!! T. Robinson

  Don't buy or waste your time with Dan Ryan homes. My neighbors and myself have had roof leaks, bathroom water leaks, mold at back door due to framing issues that is still not corrected. I took countless hours off work and sometimes no one would show. The warrenty department was horrible to work with. Very poor quality and very unprofessional. I have been in home for year in a half and still have issues.

  Village at Green Meadows, did not have a good experience at all! The model home is now available for tours, I decided to stop in and view the home on February 23rd. The real estate agent that was present did not give me and my family a tour of the home, instead she said to walk around and view the home. Before giving myself the tour, I asked the agent will all the homes look like this model? She said no, there's a lot of upgrades in this home. I proceeded with touring the home with my family. Not having the agent show the model home leaves a lot of questions unanswered. This also makes the potential buyer feel as if they are not important. Maybe she was too busy (we were the only people there) or not concerned with selling the homes. I will not purchase a home at Village at Green Meadows because of my experience. Also, the front door should be unlocked. It doesn't seem like the homes are selling, the owners may want to provide coaching and further training for this agent.
