Founded in the early 2000s, Closing Contractor was created when we noticed a need for professional, licensed tradesmen to make repairs on items found during home inspections. We have a vast array of licenses and certifications to take care of any needs that would arise inside and outside of a real estate transaction.
Closing Contractor also has extensive knowledge and experience in additions and renovations on existing homes. We can take that home that needs a few adjustments or tweaking to make it the perfect home for you. We can also take the home that needs more space or rooms and add whatever is needed.

- GWGary WadeDec 16, 20235.0Closing Contractor did a great job for me on a garage remodeling project that required both electrical tasks and drywall work to remove an unneeded workshop and restore the garage to its original condition. One of the best things about this company is that most of the work is completed by company employees – not subcontractors. The company is also fully insured with general liability and workers comp and can provide the proof. Everyone at the company was easy to work with. The staff showed up exactly when expected each day and finished the project on time. The electrician, Michael, was outstanding, even moving a breaker box that wasn’t in the original plan. And Collin did very professional-looking drywall work and let me know he was open to suggestions to ensure I was happy with the finished job. He also provided an awesome clean-up at the end. Jennifer, from the office, went the extra mile in addressing any needs I had. And co-owner Shane provided a thorough written estimate to make sure all expectations were clear. I’m very happy with the finished garage and would recommend Closing Contractor without reservation for their great value, speed and high-quality work. Many thanks!

Repairs are complete within date requested based on transaction limits. Buyers/Sellers have been pleased. Other contractors complain about the tight timelines of Real Estate, but these guys make it their focus, which takes SO much stress out of transactions!
