Their office worked me in quickly, and Evan did a very thorough job. I had to be away from the house for part of the time, so he listened annd communicated well over the phone. He explained the materials he used, and even crawled through the entire space and found two additional areas and patched those. He sent photos afterwards and was very thorough and professional. Very reasonably priced as well. 5 stars for Evan and also for Carolina Heating Service.

Our service techs, Guillermo and Connor were so good…experienced and so helpful. The quality of their installation was second to none. At one point, I saw Connor wiping our exterior siding with a cloth. When I asked him what he was doing, he said, “I’m wiping off my finger prints.” Who does this??!! They were simply amazing! I highly recommend Carolina Heating !

All staff were patient and explained process clearly and made it easy to understand. This will be a continuing situation but was extremely satisfied with first dealings with this company.

He assessed any possible issues I had and after going over unit with with fine tooth comb it turned out to be dust. I was so relieved that it wasn't a major problem.
