  Lucas, the technician was on time, helpful and the most knowledgeable technician we’ve ever had at the house. He recognized a couple of issues and recommended some things we could do to remedy those things. He did a thorough inspection of the HVAC system and thought everything was in good working condition. We felt he was very thorough and would absolutely recommend him and Carolina Heating and Air.

  I just wanted to have my units inspected after purchasing a newly constructed home. Carolina answered when I called, and they sent a technician to my home the same day. The guy was very knowledgeable, and he gave me a lot of great advice on how to run my system efficiently. The man explained everything he was doing to test my units. He offered practical tips without trying to upsell me on the company’s services, while still making me aware of them. I appreciated the prompt service, expert knowledge, and professionalism of my technician.

  Carolina Heating Service has taken care of our heating and cooling needs for several years and they recently replaced our hot water heater expansion tank and it's pressure relief valve. Always prompt,and professional service technicians who are very easy to work with and they have always been attentive to our needs. We highly recommend them.

  We were very impressed with the service from Carolina heating. The representative that came out was Evan. He was very professional and efficient in everything he did. He provided all the information on paper. He brought to our attention other things that were needed. He took a lot of time to explain everything to us in detail. We were very impressed with him. He was very nice and friendly.

  Technician Connor arrived as scheduled. He was professional, friendly and patient with my questions as a relatively new Generac whole house owner. This first year annual service was thorough, including items beyond what I had anticipated, including cleaning and waxing the outside of the unit. He reviewed oil check procedures, adding oil, and time frames with me before he left. I have been very satisfied with Carolina Heating Services - from Gordon estimating and setting up installation, to the actual installation with instruction and question answering, to this first year service. Truly appreciate this company’s professionalism. A comfort to have Generac, especially with the 2 recent events of heavy icing and snow.
