I had previously spent a lot of time evaluating buy/build options in the area but when I met the good people at the Bridgeport Community, I felt like I had found home. They were extremely helpful in the shopping and contracting processes, and have also been great during every stage of the buildout. Stanley Martin offers a very high quality series of homes and knowledgable people to help match them with buyers and I enthusiastically recommend them!

With the prompt response times to my numerous questions, their depth of knowledge and experience gave me such confidence with an endeavor that is so foreign to me. I don’t want to forget the amazing customer service that was so refreshing. I feel like I could talk to both of them for hours. If you want a team that is friendly, communicates well, will listen to your needs, and deliver, they are it! I hope their employers see this review and really understand what a goldmine they have with them both.

- CGChristopher GriffinMay 5, 20252.0While it is my first home building experience and I may be a bit ignorant of expectations, this has been a bit of nightmare. No opportunity for a walk through on the lot we were forced into to preserve our place in line. Non existent landscaping on half of said lot. Concrete overpour spills up against the foundation of the house right underneath the sod. Outright absurd rocks and boulders scattered all over the lot that were only possible to detect come spring which is too late apparently for me to complain about it and have them fix it. The entire parcel of land for the community is basically a boulder field. YOU WILL have major landscaping issues if you build a home here. Do your due diligence at the beginning of the building process and don't accept poor landscaping from these guys and you might be okay. The house itself I've had no real issues with. That's where the 2 stars comes in. Zero warranty support. Literally weeks of non responses and no follow up. My first home is officially a disaster in my mind and I'm hating it here. The developer doesn't care though, they've already been paid.
