  Our first time buying or building and let me say we had a wonderful experience. The team was always transparent and did all that we asked and answered any questions we had. The workmanship is great on our home and we are very happy in the neighborhood and can't wait to see how it grows and matures. Overall great experience working with Stanley Martin and the Construction team at Bridgeport Commons.

  I recently contracted to build a home at Bridgeport by Stanley Martin Homes in Greenville, SC. I had previously spent a lot of time evaluating buy/build options in the area but when I met the good people at the Bridgeport Community, I felt like I had found home. They were extremely helpful in the shopping and contracting processes, and have also been great during every stage of the buildout. Stanley Martin offers a very high quality series of homes and knowledgable people to help match them with buyers and I enthusiastically recommend them!

  First off, thank you Debra DeSena and Megan Starnes! They both have been instrumental in making the home buying process as as streamlined as could be. With the prompt response times to my numerous questions, their depth of knowledge and experience gave me such confidence with an endeavor that is so foreign to me. I don’t want to forget the amazing customer service that was so refreshing. I feel like I could talk to both of them for hours. If you want a team that is friendly, communicates well, will listen to your needs, and deliver, they are it! I hope their employers see this review and really understand what a goldmine they have with them both.
