We have been dealing with this issue since October 2024. We were introduced to them through our Warranty company. They were pretty quick and responsive. Told us we had a slab leak and needed leak detection. Marty called back to let us know our Warranty would cover our leak detection fee. The leak detection company marked the area and Marty and Jay came out(I believe the day before Thanksgiving) and dug a hole the size of my face in the concrete in our bathroom and replaced the pipes in our bathroom(hot and cold water and water hose). Due to the water damage, our bathroom has been gutted, so we have no need to go in that bathroom. But something told me to check a few days later, I did. In that same hole water had filled up but not overflowing. I called Marty. Marty asked me to vacuum the water out and try to see where it was coming from. So we did, I saw the water seeping out round the seal of one of the pipes they replaced but I was not entirely sure because I'm not plumber. I called Marty and Jay to let them know of my findings, and they promised to come out to fix it. Well weeks went by, still no one. My husband called, frustrated, Jay apologized and said he would come out as soon as he was available. Jay came, saw the leak and dug a deeper hole trying to located the source. Jay then explained that it may have been the tiniest opening in the seal that could have caused this so he basically resealed it. Great! Thank you. My husband goes to check the hole the next day and the hole is filled with water again. My husband vacuums the hole and realizes that it's filling back up quicker. We call Jay, Jay comes out and instead of fixing it, he knocks a small hole to the outside for the water to flow out this will avoid the hole from filling up and overflowing onto the to the floor. He tells us he will consult with Marty about what's happening, and will get back with us. This was last month. We still have not heard back from Marty or Jay. We have been dealing with them about this plumbing issue since October 2024. And here it is March and the leak is still not fixed. Great people, just Very poor communication. And now their lack of communication and urgency in the matter is causing us higher water and gas bills waiting around for them to get back out here and fix what they started. Is Jay and Marty the only two people working out in the field for that company? For a 30+ year vet in the game, you would think Marty, out of all people would have a better process in place for the customers he services.
