They gave me an arrival window and got there at the earliest time they said, which was appreciated. Dj was our technician and was informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. He had to give us the bad news of our drain field needing replacement, but it softened the blow feeling informed about why it’s needed & what the process will be, as well as giving advice about how to deal with the issues that might arise while we’re waiting for a permit from the city.
