- UUUnknownFeb 15, 20261.0Houses: Walls are barely insulated, you could hear a mouse fart at your front door from upstairs in the master bedroom near the back of the house. I was able to hear my neighbors arguing with each other inside their own house from my living room with my TV at 75% volume. Brings me back to my college dorm days! Electrical wiring is completely faulty, be ready to have to replace half your breakers even if the house is only a year old. Floors will creak like crazy because they weren’t installed properly. Be ready to order a squeak stopper screw kit off amazon and dedicate a day to drilling screws through your floors. Neighborhood: Hope you like the sound of subwoofers blasting bassy rap music, the nonstop smell of burning weed, half torn apart Nissans sitting on cinder blocks in people’s lawns, and constant four wheelers & dirt bikes flying up and down your road at 40 MPH while children are trying to play. HOA: They will do NOTHING about the things listed above. You can send complaint after complaint, and you’ll only get AI generated automatic responses. The HOA is still in the hands of the builders and they could not care less about what’s going on in this neighborhood. But they will gladly take your annual fee! … Welcome to the neighborhood! We can’t wait to move! EDIT: Oh look, they replied to my review with an AI generated response. What a surprise!
