She really took the time to make sure I felt confident in my choice. John was fantastic during the measurement appointment. He answered every single question I had, and you could immediately tell he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. What I appreciated most was how well Julie and John worked together throughout the process to make sure I picked the best option and the right color for my home. John even followed up afterward, which really stood out and made the whole experience feel personal and professional. I’m beyond happy with my floors and will absolutely be back to work with them again when I replace the carpet in my home. Highly recommend!

John came over the same day and quoted the work I needed done. I approved the quote. The work scheduled and completed as planned, outstanding crew that did the work and follow up by the project manager same day. All around great service start to finish thanks.
