  Highly recommend working with Merri Beth and her team! You truly have the opportunity to customize your home--different cabinets in all bathrooms, many countertops to choose from, and beautiful tile options. The location in the Charleston area cannot be beat traffic wise. Leaving the beautiful oaks in the neighborhood was a big draw for us!

  Hey future neighbors, I moved in 2/12/25. I live in the Cottonwood Style Home and love everything about this house. From the quality of the build, to the energy efficiencies, the warranty that is offered by Beazer and most importantly the great neighbors that we have on Middleton Dr. Highly recommend working with Precious!!! She was incredible and helpful through our remote buying process. I would highly recommend buying in here for several reasons: 1. Easy access to 52, red bank rd, I-26 from multiple routes outside of the subdivision. 2. Pretty landscaping and scenery as it was a golf course before and a plantation. It will only continue to get better with further development. 3. The quality of the build. The houses have great features, energy star efficiency. My electricity bill was only $70 for a month. The house has spray foam insulation and contains the ability to have solar panels. The MOEN sink features are expensive and high quality. The layouts are large with many windows. 4. Best price point for new homes with close proximity to Hanahan, Summerville and Charleston. Trust me, I searched everywhere. You can be in downtown eating at your favorite spot within a 25 minute drive. You can't beat that for the price of the home. You go to West Ashley off Bees Ferry and would pay over $750k for a house like this and still drive the same time to get to downtown. The beach is 35 minutes away to Isle of Palms with I-526. Trader Joes is only 23 minutes away in Mount Pleasant. These were main attractions for us. THINGS THAT MAY BE A MAKE OR BREAK FOR YOU: 1. The train. The Amtrack comes through three times a day on a schedule and is not loud. The train that is loud is the freight train, oh the freight train. Everyone's main concern and was mine. I won't exaggerate it, it is loud outside. Step inside into the tightly sealed home and it's actually not loud. It will cause the house to vibrate with the bigger trains though. This was something that worried me as I am the LIGHTEST of sleepers and guess what, I sleep through the night great with rarely being awaken by them!! My bedroom is lined up to the backyard with the train passing through. The average amount of times can be up to 7 times a day that it comes through. So if this is going to bother you, I hope you know now that it really isn't that bad. 2. THAT'S IT. I can't really think of anything else, we love it here. *MAKE SURE TO LOCK RATE WITH LENDER!!! If the lender in the preferred choice portal does not lock or offer to lock after you are under contract, they can change your rate at any point and create a deceptive rate to entice you to pick them. Make sure they lock the rate by checking yes on the LE. Google that if its confusing. I would consider going with Certainty Lending if they are still around. They did my loan and they are fantastic.

  I enjoyed my tour of such a beautiful community! I believe my tour guide was performed by Precious! She did an amazing job with explaining the layout of the property and was able to answer any questions that I had. I can’t wait to bring my husband back to see what he thinks. Hopefully, we will get the pleasure of seeing Precious so that he can also have a stellar experience!

  Very beautiful, but very cookie cutter. Great starter home. Mostly middle class families.
