- JSJames SullivanOct 17, 20251.0Mr Dan Gray spent 4 hours not reaching out to anyone from his management after being informed by 4 different representatives from Ritchie bros that I paid for that equipment to release it. I’m under a contract and timeline to have to pick it up per the auction. I drove all the way to Montgomery (1.5 hrs) before he even attempted to fix the problem. Sunbelt will take your money and waste your time. I can’t get my property now until least Monday. Go somewhere besides sunbelts and don’t purchase they’re used equipment through an auction expecting a smooth outcome.Stay away from sunbelt especially MONTGOMERY AL

I was assisted in opening up some outdoor drainage pipes on my lake property by an excellent crew of dedicated Sunbelt advisors who provided me with the right equipment to do the job. John Brooks and his manager were professional and honest dealers. They are a credit to your organization. I recommend them highly.
- BPBrian PittmanMar 25, 20193.0This applies to PC#0720. Rented equipment for an entire week in July 2018 and paid just over $1000. Rented same equipment for 1.5 days in March 2019 and the rental was $1300! Pricing has gone thru the roof and customer svc rep was not helpful in resolving conflict. Have used them forever on rental projects in the past but not again. Totally disappointed. Our delivery was late 1.5 hours, which put our schedule followed late. Didn't matter to the customer rep. Delivery fees have doubled. Rental protection plan has doubled. For anyone reading this, our rented quote was $415/day. I called them to pick-up after 1.5 days. Imagine my surprise! Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING before you rent from this group as things have changed! UPDATE: Contacted by Scott Stewart (our rep) and he listened and took care of everything! Great job on putting things in order where we paid a fair price for the services expected. THANK YOU!
