  We had an exceptional experience with NextGen Design Build on our kitchen renovation. From the outset, Vlad and Alla demonstrated professionalism, strong design insight, and a clear command of the construction process. Our home was built in the 1990s, and they were highly knowledgeable about the updates required to bring systems up to current code. Our renovation was a significant investment, and we were intentional about how we allocated resources. The team worked collaboratively with us, respected our priorities, and supported thoughtful material selections without unnecessary pressure. They operate with the capability of a high-end firm while remaining practical and client-focused. One of the most impressive aspects of the process was the level of organization. Prior to construction, we were provided with a structured schedule outlining the sequencing of trades and inspections by day, each week. The project progressed largely according to plan, communication was proactive, and adjustments (rarely needed) were handled professionally. In several instances, progress was ahead of schedule. We found their coordination across trades and overall project oversight to be a true differentiator. We always understood what was happening and what to expect. The project ran from mid-October to early December (approximately six to seven weeks including inspections) and was completed on time, an important factor for us with a baby on the way and the holidays approaching. We are extremely pleased with both the experience and the final result. For homeowners seeking a knowledgeable, well-organized, and professional renovation partner, NextGen Design Build is an excellent choice.

  We did a major kitchen renovation and cannot recommend Next Gen enough! Vlad is SO well organized and communicative. Everything that was mapped out in our timeline went exactly as scheduled and according to plan. When a contractor was supposed to be here, they were here. Extremely great quality and strong attention to detail. Vlad and team are also so lovely to work with. SO thankful we chose Next Gen - you will be so happy you did, too!

  One of the many challenges when moving away from home was finding trusted contractors. My dad’s a general contractor - I didn’t realize how spoiled I was having access to his network. We had such a great experience working with NextGen Design & Build Inc.!! Everyone on their team and subcontractor teams were great to work with. Vlad shared a project plan up front. From day 1 I knew what was happening and was able to communicate throughout the process. Thank you, NextGen Design & Build :)
