  Ron was great. Very knowledgeable and worked with his manager to determine my issue was with my water heater (not the breaker ) which the plumber missed when they came out. The Great team to work with.

  My electician showed up on time, found a root cause and corrected the issue. This definitely took experience and knowledge. Kudos to Thomas Parker with Michael & Sons!

  This place is EXCELLENT! Great service and communication. We had a hose spigot bust and was leaking water everywhere. Within 2 hours of calling, we had someone scheduled to come out and in less then an hour after arriving the issue was resolved. The tech, Mathew McCarter, was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Plus the fee for the fix was very reasonable. I was very happy with the service provided by everyone i spoke and dealt with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future, if the need arises.

  We’ve had the annual maintenance contract for many years and most of the time it’s been good. However, the last few seem to be more focused on pushing additional work. The most recent was a joke - plumbing inspection that took maybe 20 minutes followed by an email with multiple quotes attached including one to replace the water heater that was over 10 years old, which the technician never even looked at. Had he actually inspected it, he would have seen it was brand new and had been installed 1 month earlier. I have communicated this them but didn’t seem to care. No need to say more expect to cancel the annual maintenance.

  It was such a pleasure to have Jackson work in my home. He is so personable and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He replaced my old kitchen lighting with LED Wafer Lights. He told me about the types that were available and even helped me make a decision on the brightness that would work best in my kitchen. He explained about the older style cans that I had and clarified about how he was going to make the new ones fit. He did an awesome job of keeping my recently painted ceiling clean and did a great clean up after the install. They really updated my home and I am thrilled with how they look. In addition, he located a damaged junction box under my sink. He was so communicative throughout the process that I learned quite a bit about wiring! Even my 3 year old great-niece loved having him here! Thank you, Jackson!
