- KMKim MartinNov 4, 20255.0In 2018, garage door guru put up a new garage door for me. The spring broke. We called and Paul kind of knew already! They were here the next day. On a Saturday. We had just gotten back from a trip. Matt showed up and knew right away what it was and he gave us two options. They have a spring that's a little cheaper and they have one that's a little more heavy duty. We were charged $675 for a heavy duty. He made it stressless and he was pretty darn efficient. Once again my garage door is running smooth. It sucks these things happen but when they do, it's nice to know there's someone that knows what they are doing. Thank you, Matt! He also told me that PJ, the guy that installed our door in 2018, Is still with the company. That says a lot!!! I highly recommend this company.

I had a cable that came off the rail and suspected I may need a new spring. I called garage door guru to get an estimate on a repair and inquired on new doors. Matt was very punctual and responsive and shows up and actually fixed and tested my existing door. He explained my options for a new door and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend
