  I never leave reviews, but Carolina pro restoration is literally the best hands down. we were on vacation when we got home, we found our downstairs was flooded OMG my husband found carolina pro and they showed up what seemed like minutes they were so friendly zach and his crew are the best i highly recommend them.

  Buyer Beware. I am submitting this complaint regarding a company that required me to sign a contract before communicating with my insurance company. The contract states that if I chose not to proceed with their services, I would be required to pay $1,000 or 20% of the insurance payout, whichever is greater. I experienced a sewage backup in my home shortly before Thanksgiving, creating an urgent need for floor repairs. The company was aware of the situation and the stress I was under at the time. Given the urgency and circumstances, I felt pressured and believed I had no reasonable alternative but to sign the document when it was presented. I do not believe I was given adequate time or opportunity to fully review or understand the agreement before signing. I am concerned that this practice takes advantage of homeowners during vulnerable and stressful situations. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed for unfair or deceptive business practices and that appropriate action be taken!¡

  We are very disappointed with the quality of work even though they came recommended. Paint is peeling, there are gaps everywhere and the crew took many shortcuts. They harassed us for payment but themselves were late all the time and had lots of delays and issues with communication. Beware. Never been lied to like this before.
